  • So I've lived near for a few years. I've gone to this laundry mat over 10 times but in the last 6-7 months, I've started going to a laundry mat that's about 18 minutes away. Why? Not just the higher prices nor the many broken machines at one time not even the interesting characters that seem to stumble in to wash their clothes. The real icing on the cake was the older Hispanic women with glasses and salt and pepper hair. She is so rude and so nasty. She acts as if she can not be nice to save her life. Tonight I had to come here because my community dryers stopped working so I needed to just finish up and dry, it was 8:30 and so I said what the heck I haven't been to this laundry mat in months sometimes things/people change let me go with convenience and dry my clothing. So I go dry my clothes, finish up a little after 9pm. They lock there doors at 9pm so no one can come in and start more washes. ( mind you no last wash signs posted) anywho as I try to push the doors open to leave they don't budge. There are three ladies coming behind me and they push the door as well, none of us can get the doors to open. So instead of continuing to push we look around for assist so we don't damage the doors. This same rude older lady comes over and says "it's open." We had moved out of he way for her and she walks past trying to push the door it takes her a few pushes so she puts some muscle in it but get it's open. I say " oh okay sorry about that thank you !" No response. The three young ladies behind EACH say "thank you" one even says " thank you and have a good night" do you think the old sour puss even replied ?! NOPE. She's just so rude and so nasty. This is my second rude encounter with her but never again will I or my Family spend a dime in there good location or not. The rudeness and the " your bothering me" attitude of this older laundry mat attendant will certainly have them loose more customers.
