  • I've lived here from March 2016 to present, and I've had an overall great experience renting here. I live in an "Updated" apartment with stainless steel appliances and dark espresso cabinets. My apartment has a cozy, at home feel. And as a bonus, I can see both Camelback Mountain and Papago Mountain from my balcony. The leasing staff is friendly. The maintenance is quick to respond to online work orders--typically 0 to 2 days. I rarely hear my neighbors. The landscape is constantly maintained. The complex is very pet-friendly. I feel secure in the complex as it is fully gated. The location is amazing. I'm a short drive to downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe. I could go on... :-)
