  • One of the worst treatments at any business I've been to. The salesman, Andrew was the one "assisting" me. I came in the day before and the guys seemed nice. They were closing up so I would come in fresh the next day because I wanted to leave Tmobile and go to Verizon. They saved an iphone for me for my return. The next day I came in, I felt a ton of pressure from Andrew to purchase the Android. That's not what I came in for. I stood my ground and we began to discuss plans, gather my info, etc. Then again, there was the pressure to get a warranty, to get this, 'OH! You need earphones and a car charger.'. He's doing his job but at the same time, as a former sales girl, you read personalities and customize your sale approach - being pushy doesn't always work and I almost thought I should leave and not even switch to Verizon. The best part was, I had gone to Verizon a month ago and ordered everything but decided to wait out my contract ending with Tmobile....so ultimately, I had a canceled sale from a month ago. When I looked at both the charge Andrew added up (for the exact same purchase I had a month ago) and the former canceled purchase from a month prior, his charge was around $22 more. I pointed this out and he stated, 'Oh, you know, different store...' and whatnot. Different store? That s%&t should not make a difference. After a couple minutes, he admitted he added a $20 charge on there to transfer contacts. I had been friendly and patient - even through finding out his trick. He didn't even ask and transferring your contacts is supposed to be an option. The salesgirl assisting me at the other store had inquired this and gave me the option, which I didn't take it. Andrew starts to get a bit snarky and I suspect it's because he's embarrassed. But I'm still cool and professional - I might as well complete what was started. Then, out of principle, and not because I'm heartbroken over $2.00, I inquired why it was still $2 extra? He gave me the same response - "different store". Total bullS%^&t artist. His customer service was horrible at the least and very unprofessional. I said my "Thanks" after the completed sale and he said not a word to me. I feel he should be fired for unethical business practices and I'm going to happily notify the superiors and Better Business Bureau. Happy new year! :)
