Bedding was stained on pillow and comforter. Asked front desk to have this changed upon leaving for dinner. After arriving back at the hotel, bedding had not been changed. Called front desk and was told that housekeeping was gone for the night. At check-out I mentioned the issue and was simply verbally told "Sorry."
Not acceptable. My 2nd Mariott stay this year, and I am not giving up my Priority Club Platinum membership to ever try Mariotts again.
