  • Worst service ever. Looks like everyone there is on drugs . They don't greet you when you come in. They don't help you with any discounts. They have horrible management. The car they gave me was dirty. When I came back to ask why the rate per day I got on the economy car was as high as a sports car they got rude with me took my keys away (i had pre paid one week already) the dumb kid tried to take back my already pre paid rental and was gonna leave me stranded in henderson when I live in North las vegas.this 18 year old kid was a fill in manager because the real manager was on vacation. What type of way is this of conducting business? Threatening people and he even called the cops to accuse me of stealing a car I had already prepaid. Definitely the worst worst service ever . THIS PLACE NEEDS TO CLOSE DOWN OR GET A NEW SET OF EMPLOYEES. IT'S RUN BY STREET KIDS. Their regional Manager who barely speaks English has the worst management skills. Have no Idea who hires these idiots. I GIVE IT ONE STAR SINCE I COULDN'T POST WITH NO STARS UGHH!
