  • The friendliness is so refreshing. A nice young man named Ronnie was my initial contact. He is positive person. Kudos! The negative is the long waits. Very long waits. The phone rings often and the people that call are prioritized over those in line. Suggest the phone be answered elsewhere. The sales pressure is firm and makes me uncomfortable
