  • Worst management company ever. Dealing with property manager Melanie. She is so biased and will follow my neighbour complaints. After 6 ridiculous complaints i decided to file complaints against my neighbour in accordance to the condo bylaws. Somehow my complaints are subject to review by condo board. Even it is very clear in the condo bylaws. I have been harassed by my neighbour like nonstop and this company is doing the same. I wish i knew this before i bought this place. Please stay away from this management company. Do not buy a place. You will regret.
