If there was an option for a negative rating I would gladly take it. It's always busy, no matter what time you go. Staff sucks, customer service is an unfamiliar concept. They tried to bill me extra fees claiming that my payment didn't go through. I paid it, then started wondering how this happened. When questioned, I received a different answer from every person that I could actually talk to. After multiple holds of 10 minutes each, I finally reached someone that said that my card was expired. When I asked what the cards expiration was, she said that she couldn't tell because it was no longer in the system.
They remind me a lot of the mob, they really don't care about the members, it's just f$#^ you, pay me!
At this point I'm wondering what happens when you don't obey the club rules. Hmm.
