I've been to Tsujiri twice and both my experiences were okay. The first time I went, I had to wait in line for approximately 40 mins, but the second time I was just able to walk in.
They have a wide variety of menu items from the regular soft serve to floats to shaved ice. The first time I went, I ordered the Tsujiri Sundae. I think the reason why the prices are more higher is because of the quality of the ice cream. I love the bright green colour from the matcha and you can really taste the rich green tea flavour. I'm not sure how I liked the sundae though, there was a layer of rice krispy chips which I wasn't a huge fan of, it tasted like gasoline. I did really like the chestnut and rice cake that was beautifully placed on top. There was a pink flower edible decoration that I ate, but had to spit it out right away.
The second time I ordered a regular soft serve in a cup which was really tasty. If you're looking for some high quality green tea ice cream, Tsujiri is the place to go.
