I stayed here as a guest in the 2 bedroom suite with a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, jacuzzi, diner, living room etc...
Cons:
-No maid/housekeeping services.
-Only a mile or so off the Strip, but it still feels like it's light years away.
-The staff died after the sunset. I did not see anyone in our building lobby who could direct us to the shuttle or tell us directions.
-Doesn't quite feel like "Vegas" (no casino)
Pros:
-They offer a free shuttle from the resort to the strip. Extremely convenient because it is located off of the strip by a mile or so.
-A lot less "youngsters" and a lot more family oriented (could be either a pro or con, actually)
-You get a full kitchen with kitchen supplies included.
-Spacious and accommodating to big groups
I prefer to stay on the Strip when coming to Vegas since I primarily come for the night life, but staying at the Wyndham Grand Desert Resort is a nice place to vacation if you want to get away from the craziness that is Vegas.
