In reading the reviews complaining about customer service, lack of response, lack of caring, etc.: I feel like I am living the same nightmare. Being held hostage because this is the vendor your warranty chooses is horrible. And having the warranty company tell you "we have to wait to hear from the vendor", yeah, well good luck with that! They don't return phone calls, they take parts and then don't come back with them, how are they in business???? I have the warranty on a rental property I own. Won't do that again. I may pay more to choose my own vendor but the stress relief is worth it.
