*Updated: I just spoke with Raymond who has been researching my complaint since this posting and reached out multiple times to assure me this was being looked into and placed a billing hold until it was settled. Aetna processed the claim incorrectly and it has since been reprocessed. So Aetna is in network as stated. Mr. Raymond was kind enough to cover my remaining balance that Aetna did not cover for this trouble. Raymond responded quickly and diligently and I am truly appreciative. Thank you very much for all of your hard work in resolving this issue. 5 star customer service from Raymond! *** It appears Embry Women's Health responds better to yelp reviews than emails, so I will post this here. I went to Embry Women's Health for I believe 2 visits and now I have bills of about $675, a lab bill then the office bill! When I spoke to Aetna, they informed me they ARE NOT IN NETWORK with this office and they were not liable for the fees incurred, even though the front office assured me they were AND their website states they are in network with Aetna. I have reached out to this clinic twice by phone and twice by email. If I had known this office was out of network, I would not have come to this doctor. This is extremely frustrating and I just wish I would have listened to former reviews regarding their billing problems. I do have a letter from Aetna stating they are not in network and would be happy to forward this to someone so we can get this resolved. The doctor was pleasant but with this billing fiasco I probably will not return.
