I give them ZERO stars for being the very worst dealer service experience I've ever had. I paid over $2500 to have my sun roof fixed. When I tried my sun roof a couple weeks later, it didn't work. They told me that they just had to re-initialize it. Why didn't they do that while they were fixing it in the first place. Why did they waste my time. This morning when I picked up my car, there was a giant fresh scratch on my driver side door. I told the man who was giving me back my car that the scratch wasn't there before. He went in back to get the manager. After 10 minutes of waiting, the manager took me in the back to show me his computer screen with a drawing depicting the scratch. I told him that he just made that on the computer. He said that was not possible. What am I supposed to do? They are not being truthful. I will never go back there. Beware of their shop. They don't have enough space to store the cars they are fixing. And they don't care about the work they do. Please don't take a chance on them.
