  • They hardly ever responded to our maintenance requests! We had a awful leak through our bathroom ceiling and our living room wall. The wall we're forming bubbles. we asked the front office and put several requests in for it and they never came to fix it or even look at it. They said three times they were gonna have someone come fix it and never did. The maintenance workers were always driving around on the golf carts on their phones.. never saw them really working, and every time we went to the front office they always had new people working. I was not happy with this place.. I have had friends live here and hated it. I will never be going back here. The gates were ALWAYS broken and never fixed. And when they sent info to renew our lease they were gonna charge us an extra $400/$500 dollars!!!
