  • If Wal-Mart wasn't a one stop shop everything store, I would definitely not be coming here all the time. The only reason why I give it a two-star is only for that specific reason. Most Wal-Marts are disorganized, understaffed and filthy. The customer service as per all locations are all horrible and all the employees that work for the company are either incompetent or they are extremely slow at what they do. Regardless of if they've hit their 1 year, 5 year, or 10 year milestone with Wal-Mart or best voted whatever awards they give. Most of the employees that I have encountered thoroughout all my visits have been rude or lazy people. The one time I went to return products, I waited for 40 minutes with one employee who worked at the customer service desk with no assistance. She began to explain that there was a manager on duty but he is incapable of doing returns and her colleague was out for lunch. One guest infront of me even began reading out the 'exceptional customer service conduct' that they provided on the wall and was furious. When I finally got to the front of the line and was able to return all my stuff the old lady was so rude and asked me impolitely why I was returning all the products. Then after trying to return the money back onto my credit card, she says to me 'It's going to say declined but it's not'.. Then I waited again to confirm the amount and she yells 'Don't take your card out yet!'.. (Okay calm down women, I wasn't going to). After waiting for another good 5 minutes of her writing all her notes of what I was returning and the reason why, she continues to print out receipts and then decides shes going to take her time finding her stapler and lining up the receipts to staple everything together for me. At that point, I was fed up and so impatient that I just said to her, 'Forget about stapling, it's okay!' and walked away as she handed me the receipt. By the time I was done my returns, the line up for returns was to the washrooms. After that experience, I have no patience with this place and everytime I pass one of those kiosks that asks you how they did today, I push the sad face multiple times, just to prove a point.
