  • I knew I would be buying a 2013-15 Camaro before the end of the year. So I was looking around on the internet and after visiting the gmcertified.com site I found a 2014 here at Autonation. A few days later I happened to be down in the area (the dealership is about 25 min. from where I live) and decided to stop in to see the car in person. I was greeted by Eric, the Sales Manager, I told him I saw the car on the internet and wanted to see if it was still here. He said it was and took me to see the car while they got the internet salesperson to help me. My salesperson was Rachel. Before the test drive she showed me the car and it was better in person than the pictures but I did notice the hard plastic rear bumper was cracked. We went on the test drive and the car felt great. After we returned I looked over the car again and knew if they took care of the rear bumper this was the car I wanted. We talked and I decided to make the deal. My situation going in was I already had a pre-approval from my Credit Union that I've been doing business with for over 10 years. Rachel asked me about my interest rate and I was a little reluctant because the loan officer at the bank said to not let them run my credit. I've lived in Vegas for over 10 years and it is hard to trust people here but I get that feeling quickly if I can trust someone and I've rarely been wrong. So when Rachel said she could beat the interest rate I was hesitant to have my credit run but I gave her the chance. She came back and beat the rate by 2.5% plus I got a little more for my trade-in then expected and I was putting $1k less down than the banks deal. I was then introduced to Susan in the finance dept. She was very easy to deal with and explained everything to me. I was slightly overwhelmed with the paperwork because I wasn't expecting to get the car that day but she was patient with me. After I finished the paperwork Rachel took me back to the service dept and introduced me to Court. He was going to be dealing with replacing the bumper. She also took me over to setup the appointment for the following Wed. (My work week started the following day so we made the appt for my next day off). I came back for the appointment and met with Court. He was very easy to deal with. He got me a rental while they replaced the bumper. A couple other minor issues came up with the paperwork and the free trial of the satellite radio. I emailed Rachel, she responded quickly and solved the problems. If this is the service I get here then Rachel, Court, and Autonation Henderson will continue to get my business and I will refer others to come here.
