  • I have been a member with Heartland CU for over 8 years. I just shut down all my accounts. Customer Service is out the window with this bank. On top of a bunch of reason's why I am closing my account when I paid off my auto loan they never released my title. I did call to make sure they would release the lien since the loan was paid off months early. 6 months later when I was going to sell it I called the DMV to just check..well guess what they never did release it!! Grrrrr.. This bank is very sloppy in their work. I would not recommend them to anyone. I was a member of another Credit Union before Heartland for over 20 years and LOVED it. When I moved to Madison I had to leave that Credit Union. I will be going to Summit Credit Union.
