  • Totally disappointed with this company. Do not call them. I booked and paid for our shuttle bus. We waited over half an hour and bus never showed up. I complained to the company counter person at the hotel and I was instructed to give their company a call for my refund. I called several times and no one answered the phone. I sent them an email requesting for my refund and received a generic response stating they received my feedback. Its been 2 weeks and I am still waiting for a response or my refund.
