  • Went to a storage auction here yesterday on November 21, 2017. We've been going to storage auctions with this company for years. The regular managers were on vacation. There was a stand in manager, a woman named Jamie. To make a long story short, Jamie raised her voice to us, spoke down to us. Treated us like trash. She was bossing us around and yelled at us. She said "GET OUT OF HERE!" "GO OUTSIDE". I tried discussing this problem with who I thought was the manager, Darren. But Darren just made excuses for Jamies attitude. Darren never apologized. Darren told us to not go to "All Storage" auctions anymore. He kicked us out. We then removed all out belongings and put our items in with another storage company. We spoke to the manager Greg at another location, and he said he was going to have Dean the District manager return my call, as Dean does not have a direct number and there is no corporate office. Well, Dean never returned my call. This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They have no corporate office to resolve disputes and the upper management treats customers very bad. I do not recommend All Storage. Try a different company.
