  • Gross! They didn't have our room ready so the downgraded us from King to double beds. Even though we booked several months in advance! The room we were given smelled musty and dirty, so the moved us to an even smaller room. Also housekeeping NEVER came! We get back to the room after being gone all day and no clean towels or beds made. The walls are paper thin and we were next to screaming kids that were yelling and jumping on the beds until after midnight. Don't stay here!! It was awful.
