  • Bret did an great job for us. We were first time home buyers with no idea what to expect. Bret did a great job explaining everything without going too far in the weeds or above our heads. He let us know what was an urgent need and what we would need to think about fixing/replacing down the road. Was on time, easy to talk with and thorough walking through everything at the house. Would recommend.
