  • I brought my dog in after she was bit in the neck by another dog. I called ahead of time to make sure they could see her as the bite was pretty bad. We show up and I do the initial paperwork. I ask about how long as my dog is bleeding quite a bit from her neck. They said it wouldn't be long. About 30 minutes go by and still haven't called us. Got to the point where I had to ask for more gauze and cleaning supplies as my poor pup was bleeding all over the waiting area. Was really hoping they would've had some understanding and took a little better care of her instead of leaving us in the waiting room bleeding. The staff was nice enough to hand me some floor towels to clean the blood off the floor. Once we finally went back, the staff and veterinarian were pretty nice and explained things clearly. They called the next day to follow up as well. Overall it was an ok experience, but definitely could have been better.
