  • I've heard a million bad things about the grooming at PetSmart but I've never had a problem. So I drop my dog off and leave. About 3 hours later I get a call saying he had a seizure, they took him to the on-site vet, and I need to come get him. I arrive maybe 10 minutes later and the groomer was "on lunch" and the vet had "just stepped out." So they bring him out and tell me I don't have to pay anything and management has my paperwork. He's never had a seizure before. The groomer was Jen G.
