  • This was our 2nd visit to JG's in the Aria. The first time was just after it opened and the experience was spectacular. This time I would say it was very good but fell short of expectations. Everything was fine: service, food and ambiance but it all felt sort of standard steak house. For the price I want to be blown away. I will say that the highlight of the meal was the roasted bone marrow. Best we've had anywhere. Love the interesting design of the restaurant too. Very good meal that fell a little short of expectations.
