  • It's so unfortunate that this place has gone downhill. I used to LOVE me some Cold Stone. I'd be at this particular location at least once a week.. but their prices have gone up and their quality has gone down :( I tried it again today and it didn't even taste like the same ice cream. The customer service was good tho' and since it wasn't busy at all, we got our ice cream quickly.
