I'm very disappointed in this company and gym as a whole. I personally have talked to the assistant manager to get help with what I think is a small problem. My boyfriend and I go together but recently he's been getting out of work early. He gets there before me and has to wait because the membership is in my name. So I asked on 2 occasions what we could do and they said they couldn't switch the membership to his name he would have to open a new membership. What? That's not a solution. So I asked of they would let him work out the 15 mins before me. No. If I cancel my membership I get a fee. At this point my solution is to get another gym. For how busy this location is, it's not worth the headache if no one is willing to work with me. I would rather pay more for a gym that cares to keep me.
