I don't normally like using big companies like Allstate if I can get away with it, and I tend to despise car insurance companies generally, but this branch manager is genuinely helpful. I had a woman accuse me of hitting her car while it was in a parking lot and I was in a store. When I called into Allstate's national claim line to tell them that she was telling me that she was going to try to get my insurance to unfairly pay, they made it into a claim and said they weren't going to use security camera footage. They also got details of the claim wrong. I've never had a claim on my record, so I was really frustrated at the possibility of my rate going up over something I didn't even do. When I went into Kevin's office and explained everything, he not only was really understanding and took the time to listen and understand exactly what happened, he had my claim removed and made helpful suggestions for how to deal with such a thing if it were to happen to me again in the future. He didn't have to do that. I really didn't expect him to do that. I'm so thankful that he was willing to work with me that I'm going to get additional insurance through him now.
