Poor customer service! My experience at Walmart is always bad. I work in customer service, so I know exactly what to look for when a customer needs help. On this particular day I wanted to buy a camera (didn't really matter which one). I have been waiting a little over 30 minutes for someone to come over and help me with what I needed.
3 employees walked by me with out asking me if I needed any help and the 2 employees that were behind the desk in the photo lab were to busy talking to two (2) guest that they know. By this time I'm fed up with the lack of help, my next move is to locate a manager to report what I just experienced as a customer.
Wrong! We waited an additional 10 to 15 minutes for a manager to come help us with this problem. Keep in mind I'm still wanting to purchase the camera. When he finally arrived he presented me with a closed off attitude and didn't really seem to care that I was having an issue; didn't really seem to helpful and was walking ahead of me instead of satisfying his customer.
Long story short, I end up buying a camera for a good price but the overall package that came with purchasing the camera was horrible! I don't plan on ever spending my money here ever again, I'll do my business else where.
