  • First Boxty I've ever had & it was gooood. If you don't know what it is (because I didn't) "made from a classic recipe unique to Galway in the west of Ireland, Boxtys are a delicious potato based grilled pancake dish. Served with homemade Irish soda bread and butter". I had the Steak & Mushroom Boxty with a Guinness. I can not wait to go back to get another Velvet Hammer. It's Guinness & vanilla vodka. So so so so good. Tip - More then one of the Velvet Hammers is just more good in your life.
