| - I went with my mom and we had a great time. It was a fun experience getting to create something together and take it home at the end of the night. At the same time, a couple things stood out that could really be improved. Firstly, the quality of the paintbrushes isn't that great. For a business venture of their nature, I would think it makes sense to invest in some quality brushes that don't keep splitting apart. Second, the space. It's rather difficult to balance your plate, paper towel, water, and a drink on the given table space. It was so small that I unfortunately had to opt out on buying a drink, only because I had nowhere to put it. It's also very difficult to see the instructor's directions unless you are in the very front. This class is meant to be a social experience more than learning to paint, but some of us would still like to make a half-decent painting! This became challenging as those of us in the back had trouble seeing all the fine detail the instructor was describing. The class also lacked separate paper plates to mix your colors, which I think would have simplified a lot. The plate they give you is relatively small, and mixing all the colors on it gets messy. Overall, we had a fun time and really enjoyed learning something new. It is definitely a great class to check out and have some fun with your friends!
