  • After a coyotes game we asked for a room with a balcony and spa they gave us the rate of 211$ i valet my my car they asked me if I had any valuables in my vehicle so we could note it in the system I told them my iPad an iPod and a perscription we went up to our room and it had neither the hot tub or balcony so they said they would upgrade us free of charge. We got our new room it still had no hot tub since I was only there for one night I didn't wanna make a big deal. I went out to my car to grab my cell phone charger and all my valuables were gone. I spoke to the manager and said I would have to file a police report she said if I did so she would kick us out but since we were inebriated we bit out tongue and waited till the am I then called the police to find out their valet took my fast car out for a joyride got a parking ticket in scottsdale and stole all my valuables after the investigation it was found one of their managers was the culprit they charged me full price for the room that was originally free upgrade they are thieves and drug addicts and all backed their employees up overall bad people and I will never go back.
