  • Another bad experince here. We needed to zip over to the Rio, get our bags, then head over to the airport. The trip from the Rio to dinner was 10minutes. After dinner we called these guys. Was told by dispatch when we called 10-30 minutes. At 35 minutes we called back, was told another 10-30 minutes. We were lucky someone in our party had Uber on their phone. We would have missed our flight at the airport if we had waited for these bozos. They never get another chance from me.
