  • the windshield rock chip guys were a bit pushy but hey, they are trying to make a buck by providing a service. i told them that i would bring the vehicle by another time along with another one i own. he tried like hell to get me to commit but no dice. lol! the truck finally went into the wash & they hand washed it and used a high powered washer want prior to the brush rag rollers doing most of the work. now, here's the part where i can see why folks are giving bad reviews about the place: the truck sat untouched in direct sunlight for at least 15-20 mins. without anyone tending to it. i expressively declined the rock chip repair because i did not want to spend close to an hour here. i asked the ticket writer to make sure my interior windows were cleaned thoroughly. (i will update once i get my truck back). the good thing is that they do cash back when you pay at the register ($5.00 max. how convenient :P) i also want to add that i did not receive a receipt after payment, the ticket writer taped one on my window prior to me paying? i'm on my way to ask for one now. over all its what you pay for i guess. i personally talked to "nacho" my detailer & he took care of my truck as if it was his own! way to go bro. thank you. (the chubby ticket writer got an attitude with me after i mentioned that he lacked customer service skills and went ahead and tried to give me a coupon which i declined)
