  • I have lived here for approximately one month already and i have had more problems then i have ever had at any apartment. I live with 3 others and our hot water has not worked since we moved in. We have to hit a button on the water heater and get maybe, if we are lucky, 10 minutes of hot water before it turns ice cold again. That little button wont guarantee hot water either. Our dishes are being washed with cold water as well which i dont find very sanitary. The office has been called time and time again and when the workers come in all they do is hit the button, the same one that we hit before our showers and they leave a note saying it is fixed. Out of all of the phone calls we have made to the office about this issue maitenence has only made it out two times! And they tell us we never submitted a work order. We have also only lived here one month, as i mentioned, and our air conditioning has gone out twice! When it breaks we have to set bowls under the air vent because it leaks a lot of water. It takes them days to come out, but im sure if air was out in their office they would fix it immediately. Dont be fooled by the exterior, this place is absolutely terrible. not to mention the lack of parking, neighbors yelling, and cars flying through the parking lot. DO NOT move here.
