  • I have to say straight away that Alejandro and his son Larry were exactly on time, as in to the minute and asked me to check the 1200 sqft of carpet we were having installed before he continued, both of them were very professional as well as helpful with understanding the install process. The methods they used were the most up to date and professional that can be used (No seams were visable, carpet was attached in more ways than 1 etc.) All and all very impressed with both of them. They finished the job to our satisfaction much faster than we originally thought which is always nice. They knew what they were doing, cleaned up after and made sure it was right. As a side note, and this has nothing to do with the installers and only indirectly with JW as a whole. We had scheduled our install date 2 months in advance (will become relevant in a moment) and were promised various times that the 10 am start time we requested would be honored. HomeDepot originally told us how it worked was that we as the customer told JW the time to be at the property. For those 2 months, we were reassured time and time again and it was even listed 8 TIMES on the job form that we were promised the 10 am start time. JW has the people who answer the phone claim over and over again that "We always strive to accommodate our customers". This was not the case. The "Manager" put us at the 8 am start time anyway. Installers are great, job is done right, but they start at the time THEY want, and have no interest of doing otherwise. As another note, a similar situation occured with a tile install we had scheduled with them, but the situition was so unacceptable we had to cancel that whole job and HomeDepot filed a complaint with them.
