  • We had Jerry come and look at our dryer. He was not only efficient and quick but he was extremely polite and professional. Turns out, our dryer needed a new motor and it would take 3-4 business days to get it in. Rick came on day 3 and within 30mins I had a working dryer again! So happy with how polite and professional these guys are. Side note: Under the dryer was a $1 bill that probably belonged to the people who owned our house before we did, Rick found it and set it on a surface next to the washer. He could have easily pocketed it and no one would have known. So these guys aren't just polite and professional but they are honest as well. SO GLAD our home warrantee company uses Appliance Service Unlimited of Middleton.
