  • Since customer service is such a gamble lately, this was a pleasant surprise. This crew was informed, efficient and friendly. While I wss waiting for my upgraded phone transfer to be completed, someone came in with a billing situation. Together they patiently and effectively did whatever was possible to favor that customer. I should add that I visited a competitive standing cell phone store in Avon two days earlier and was so appalled by such indifference and attitude that I cancelled an impending new order.
