With so many glowing reviews, and being the hardest table to get in the country I was super excited to go and expected to be blown away, but Alo blew it for me. Two boring fish appetizers, two meat courses that were bland and too chewy, a burrata cheese course I could have prepared myself, and one dessert I didn't want to finish (I'm a dessert fanatic). Michelin star quality? Not near the ones I've been to. Amazing service for sure, but the atmosphere in the restaurant isn't the best. High quality ingredients, and tasty dishes, but I could have gotten high quality and great taste for a fraction of the price somewhere else.
