  • Everyone who knows me knows ... I am super picky to the point of obsession about service. I flew them last night from Glasgow. These women worked hard to provide service. So why am I giving them a 3? Because the Stews. would barrel down the aisles and step on your foot/toe (not on purpose ... they just see their passengers as cattle after a while). I never touch airline food except on Emirates. Also - why do airline personnel feel the need to douse themselves in perfume? In a closed, airless capsule? Makes no sense ...
