I purchased a mattress recently and it was not delivered on the day I expected it. I called this store and spoke to Stan and he immediately jumped on the problem and got it straightened out, even waiving the shipping fee. Mattress was delivered the next day.
When it was delivered, an extremely nice, genuine young man named Abraham, and his associate got it all set up for me. I was really impressed when Abraham asked me if there was a dust ruffle or bed skirt I would like to put over the box springs before they placed the mattress. What forethought! We had a few good laughs and everything was as it should be.
With employees like Stan in customer relations/sales and Abraham in delivery how could any customer be unsatisfied.
Mistakes will happen, but when they can be resolved so quickly, it really makes the difference.
