  • After reading all the bad reviews I was hesitant to order from Big's. There were 3 furniture stores in Vegas that carried the couch I wanted. I called one and the phone rang and rang. Called another and went to a voicemail with a full inbox. I then called Big's and am very happy I did. They answered the phone so that's a good start! Talon placed my order on Oct. 3rd. I let him know my availability for delivery was limited and he said he would work with me. When the couch arrived (Oct. 12) they called to schedule a delivery date and time. Today is the 14th and couch has been delivered! Delivery men were courteous and made sure everything was to my liking. My couch is beautiful and quality construction. Thank you to Big's for a quick and flawless transaction!! I will do business with them again.
