Flatiron has, once again, become our go-to restaurant. The most recent menu as of this writing is outstanding, especially the kale and quinoa salad (with grilled salmon!). The Brussels sprouts appetizer (also with salmon added) is amazing! As always, the serving staff are excellent, and I appreciate that the turnover is low, so it's nice to see the same faces. Shout out to owner/manager Jason Tognarina and Chef Bill Schutz.
