  • Okay. So, very happy to write this updated review. After leaving my car there and driving a cool Fiat 500L loaner for a while, they have figured out my issue and are working to get it resolved. Robert--the service manager was very helpful and kept me updated throughout the process. Jarell--the general manager ensured that everything would be taken care of properly; and of course Sica Jones, she was instrumental in getting everything coordinated. Sica Rocks! Just saying... I love my Fiat and the Fiat brand because they really are cool looking and fun to drive little cars. Towbin Fiat really helped me out and I am really grateful to have this issue resolved. Thanks Again!
