  • Good until you try to return something. Buy a box of Christmas lights that's defective straight out of the box? Even if you tell the cashiers there are no more of the same item, they will make you try to find a replacement box in their store before they issue you a credit, making you lose your place in line when you return. The manager pretends the cashiers know more than he does. Support AFTER the sale gets repeat customers, Ace Hardware. You should know better, with a friendly Home Depot less than a mile away!
