I've been coming here for over a year. Service has always been great and fast. However, my last visit left a sour taste. I had a nail appointment and followed by a pedicure with Thu. My pedi appointment was scheduled at 2pm, I was finished by 2:12 with my nails. So since Thu was still with her client I waited. All the sudden the girl in the desk walks by and tells Thu "omg they showed up", in a low voice. Well come to find out that was Thus 2:30 appointment. Thu then comes over an apologies because she won't be able to help me instead some other girl will. She kept apologizing and repeating that "mama" the owner/boss told her to help the other appointment. Now I understand Thu and I don't blame her. But if I specifically asked for a tech and scheduled an appointment, the least they can do is apologize and make the other party wait. Well the owner never came over and apologized she didn't even give two shits. What a way to treat your loyal customer Kikai's Nails.
