  • Arrived 9/16 for 2 days. Check-in was smooth and uneventful. Nice hotel. Well appointed. Fast and friendly service. Drinks a bit expensive. $4 for a coke and $7 for a mixed drink. My rating is a result of two other issues. First, I went out after check-in and returned after 10PM. When I returned I realized there were no shampoo, bath gel, lotion, conditioner, etc. The only thing in the room were a couple bars of soap. I asked guest services to send up the missing toiletries with some shaving crème included. The missing toiletries arrived but not the shaving crème. I had to go down to the desk and request it the next day. Secondly, there are two banks of elevators. one bank services floors 18 through the top floor. One of the elevators in the bank would not go up to any floor. There are card readers that read your room key and allow you to select the floor you want to go to. The card readers apparently didn't work. You could use that elevator to come down just not go up. More often than not the broken elevator was the one that would open on the ground floor. I didn't feel a hotel of this caliber should allow this problem to exist. They should deactivate it until it was fixed. There were 3 other elevators.
