  • Decent technology, the WORST customer service. I waited 40 minutes on hold to get a tech support person, when I finally got someone they said I will transfer you to another department and then I was on hold for 40 minutes more.. finally hung up. I guess business must be god cause theyre selling their stuff cheap, but if you want a brand that cares about taking care of its customers go somewhere else.
