  • We just bought a Scion FRS a few days ago. Our sales rep was Joh Mefford. Honestly, we were not looking forward to the purchase because in the past (at other dealerships), the process has been very stressful. This time was great! First, Jon KNEW THE PRODUCT. I can't tell you how many sales reps know so little about the cars they sell. Next, he was not pushy. He gave us the key and let us drive 2 different ones and then discussed them both with us. Giving information and listening to the customer are far better sales tools than coercion, I'll tell you that! Another helpful tool was emailing with Jon the day before we went there. I live 130 miles away, so it was good to get all the facts straight before driving up there. Jon was great with going through many details via email so that when we got there, we had much information already. I highly recommend you email the dealership in advance and save lots of in-person time. He emailed me today to see how I liked the car and answer any questions I have. Great followup. I can't speak about the service department, as it's too far away for me to use it. I can also say this is a GREAT car! So much fun to drive.
