  • I am by no means at all a person who complains unless necessary. I bought a living social for two spray tans...which is also out of the norm for me but thought it was worth a shot. Upon arrival both the brunette and red haired employee seemed to be cold and unaware of the offer on living social. Not a big deal... But a smile goes a long way in customer service. I requested a dark mystic tan and was informed that dark is an extra $8.00. FINE but that was not stated in the living social... I'm no broke ho and if you're business needs $8.00 I got ya! I was hoping for a nice bronzed color and am against UV tanning so I have had many mystic tans in my life. Well guess what.. I'm barely tan at all! Pale and pissed. Hope you invest those 8 dollars in better business ethics
