Today while shopping in this store a man put his hand between my legs and took a photo up my dress with his phone. I was completely violated and distressed and shocked. The guy slowly backed away when I caught him and walked out the side door that lead to the outside and in the direction of another store I went to the front counter to tell the lady "I need security! A man sexually violated me" I explained the situation and instead of calling security she stared at me. I repeated "I need security!" She started asking me questions, which completely wasted time when security could have been looking for him, questions I could have told security. After security got there the store refused to let us look at any footage. "You have to submit a police report to the corporate office before we can release any footage" I was 80% sure the violator was still in the mall or close. If we could have jumped on the cameras we could see more details of his description, and where he went, etc. the managers completely disregarded this event. Acted like they didn't care. They have footage that could have helped us catch a sexual predator and treated me like I was upset that they didn't have a shirt in a my size. While this was happening a woman came in with a bow she had bought for her daughter that broke instantly when she tried to use it. The manager expressed zero remorse and refused to give their money back. I am beyond disappointed with this location. Where is your sense of human decency and customer service?? At the very least you could have shown me some support, empathy, or comforted me while I was crying after being violated. This guy could have been a predator who has done worse damage to someone else and we could have helped prevented it but forever 21 doesn't care at all. This is unacceptable. Not just as a company but as human beings.
